How to use the iHealth COVID-19/Flu A&B Rapid Test

I bought this product and it was defective. The chemical was crystallized and unable to dispense on the test pad. Contacted the company and was not able to get a refund.

I have a question. You showed people swabbing lower part of the nose. CAN THE DOCTOR GAVE ME THAT TEST TELL IT HIT MY SINUSES AND MADE ME BLEED. What was the purpose of the assault. Why did my doctor literally assault me. They literally made me bleed without a needle or a scalpel

I think the tests are predetermined
