What do you do if its hard to break t he glass or press the button and you are a child? Can you have an adult help you break the glass toether?

The glass isn’t hard to press, it’s a thin piece of glass with a sticker over the front so it doesn’t fall apart. Many modern call points have resettable plastic elements now
