I love the idea of using this for quicknotes, if you like to setup where you write is below your laptop. Also they are great if you use a split keyboard since you can place it in between if you don't place a trackpad there. I can then transfer them into larger sized notebooks. I know also half sized Kokuyo Campus notebooks that can fill this role, but I been moving to a loose sheet system to a binders to keep on different topics instead of using a notebook for each topic. If they ever make sticker paper, this would be killer to organize stickers into different small binders on themes/style.

I have been using the other styles of Maruman mini binders for a year and I love it. I am not a big fan of the texture/sound of these. I use the grid or lined papers with my Kaweco Sports medium and fine nibs with no issues. It is great for keeping scratch paper at the desk. I also use three for holding hole punched TCMC sticker sheets.

I'm quite impressed with the range of products that are made for these binders. I do wish darker ink could be used for the writing samples. Selena presents them so well and is an outstanding speaker.

My mom got a couple of these to make little family recipe notebooks for my sister and I, which is great since both she and my dad add their own variations to published recipes. They have more paper for future requests that they can send in the mail.

Omg I was just thinking about trying out their mini binders too aaaahhhhhh cause I’ve never used a horizontal thing before. My only concern would be where do I put the paper if I’m done with them 😭😭

I am team cream paper! Oh my gosh this is so cute! I am an adult student only taking one class per quarter and I feel this could work well for my one class! Until I have a class that requires a lot of writing. That might require more space. I just can’t believe how cute this is!

I’ve been wondering if these would be good for like flash cards for language learning. It’s kind of a big card but flipping through for vocab - I think these might be nice for that. Different colors could be different parts of grammar 😊 Edit: when that hobonichi panda sticky note card fit PERFECTLY in the card holder! Haha why was that so satisfying 😂😅
