-How to Use the Massage Gun on the Calf-
The calves can get tight without you realising. As the calf muscles wrap around the lower leg, using the traditional calf stretches generally targets the muscles directly at the back but are less effective at targeting muscle around the sides. The massage gun helps solve this problem and can be quite specific with the areas you can get into. Try it and let us know how you get on.
