I’m a podiatrist of 23 years specialising in gait analysis & totally agree with you. When a more balanced functioning is restored pain very quickly resolves so that surgery is then not necessary. I often see surgeries take place only to find the problem simply returns or moves to another area if the imbalances are not addressed. I only disagree on one comment, I believe good quality meat is essential for good health ( organic where possible) & in my opinion it is more important to cut out high sugar and inflammatory foods such as grains, seed oils and processed foods. In summary, if we give our body what it needs it is very efficient at resolving its own issues.

Thank you for this video. What this person is saying is 100% correct. Two months ago, an orthopedic surgeon said that pain in my left hip is caused by arthritic growths on both my femur and the rim of my hip socket as shown by X-ray. The pain was between 2-8, but I could no longer walk around the block. He said only cure is surgery. I asked him to proscribe Physical Therapy, and I began to look at KZbin videos. I discovered that X-rays can show bone spurs on both femur and hip bone rim but this did not always mean pain. I discovered that the Ball joint of the femur had to rotate correctly within the joint socket and that if it was pulled even only a tiny bit out of joint during regular movements, this could cause impingement and eventual bone spurs and pain. My inner thigh muscles were crazy tight and my outer leg muscles weak. I began to daily stretch my inner thighs and also used a smooth wooden roller to carefully roll over the tight muscles every night. I began regular exercises to strengthen ALL the muscles around my upper legs that control the movements of the femur ball in the socket. At first, I overdid it and my knees twinged occasionally (I'm 75). So I joined the local aquatic center and do the same strengthening exercises in the pool because it's easier on my knees which are now fine. Within 2 weeks of beginning, my pain had dropped in half. Now only two months later, I am almost entirely pain free. I can't yet walk a mile but eventually, I believe I will be able again. I know I have to stay vigilant because no doubt there are still bone spurs on the rims of my hip joints. But who cares? I'm largely free of pain again. I'm willing to make keeping my hips healthy a daily part of life.

I did this for two years while being in an extreme amount of pain. Because I did that I now have bone in bone I am constantly inflamed and have bone bleeding.. bleeding, it’s just a matter of time before you get necrosis because the blood doesn’t flow to that area. I made it worse for 2 years. Ok I can’t walk and all my muscles have atrophied on the bad side even though I was trying to make it stronger once you can’t walk, you’re good like takes over without you even knowing it

Thank you for making this video. I am a yoga instructor and my message to all is keep all your joints moving. Each joint has it's inherent range of movements. However our daily life movement patterns do not use all those ROM and as a result fascia becomes tight leading to imbalances, rapid wear and tear and pain. Only suggestion that I would like to make is that if someone is over weight, it does load and add pressure to the joints. Do Yoga everyday, maintain a healthy weight and diet.. and preserve your joints.

Totally makes sense. Worst fallacy on the internet is that cartilage has no blood supply and therefore cannot regenerate. This totally ignores the synovial fluid that transports nutrients from the blood to the cartilage that is living tissue. Diet is another factor, our Western diets are trending toward over-processed foods that lack essential nutrients. Thank you for your eye-opening work!

I'm glad he said when your joint is damaged beyond repair have the surgery. Another "specialist" I had been following, who makes these same claims regarding pain caused by muscle imbalances, will never say surgery is appropriate. After applying these techniques on my shoulders for the past 10 years, doing full range of motion exercises along with flexibility exercises and massage techniques, the damage and pain is so severe that full joint replacement is needed. I am still trying to avoid hip surgery, but I'm concerned about waiting too long and causing more damage like in my shoulder that will make the repair more difficult.

Thank you for this video. It opened my eyes about hip replacement. My orthopaedic surgeon said it is now bone to bone according to my x-ray and I can have surgery anytime. I do not have much. It is on and off. During my 7 weeks holidays few months ago I walked 5 to 7 kms a day without pain. Now that I am back home and no long walks mostly sitting I feel pain now and then depending the angle of how I walk. On top of this hip problem since I came back I have lower back problem. My xray shows I have severe L5 S1 and a fracture in L1. I am more concerned of my back than the hip as pain is always there. I don't know if exercise for the hip will aggravate my lumbar pain. I went for physiothetapy and was given exercises for the back. I think I am not ready for hip replacement. I hope correct exercises and posture will help me to avoid hip replacement surgery.

@mishablinov65672 жыл бұрын
Hi, I'm new to all this. 2 weeks ago, I was walking up stairs and there was a grind/grab/awkward sensation at the front of my hip. It slowly progressed to burning stiffness upon standing and almost unbearable nerve irritation/pain sensation when sitting. This is when I turned to watching videos on YT while awaiting an xray. I started doing some of the recommended stretches but it has made things 10 times worse. I now cannot drive my car or sit at all without feeling agonising burning/irritation which only decreases after I lay down for hours. I realise now that I may have overdone the stretching/strengthening exercises in the first week post injury but there was no great fall/accident to indicate crippling injury was on its way. Xray says I have hip degeneration/narrowing and likely OA. When you google acute hip injury or how to treat bone on bone acute hip injury/flare etc. no one is talking about an acute situation on YT. It appears to be just long-term suffering and potential solutions/treatment plans. I would imagine I'm not the only one out there who is in this window (just injured in last few weeks etc.) of injury with subsequent imaging indicating arthritic changes, so could you please provide some assistance as to how best to treat an acute injury like mine. Also, when and how to know when it is time to transition into an arthritis/FAI treatment program? Treatment summary: Mistake No.1 - Stretching/ROM exercises Mistake No.2 - Warm epsom salt baths (felt so good initially and I could do full ROM afterwards but then a world of pain and stiffness. Mistake No.3 - Driving/sitting in spite of increasing pain/irritation (this was a HUGE mistake!) Massaging - short term relief. NSAI's and lying around in bed all day - So far this is the only thing that is keeping me sane.

@Liebscher.Bracht_EN3 жыл бұрын
Thanks for your reply! Even if you suffer from AVN, we've found that the actual cause of your pain is usually not down to serious injuries, bone fractures or metabolic diseases, but in the "soft tissues", more precisely in your muscle and fasciae that tense up, shorten and become unyielding, e.g. if you spend a lot of time sitting or don't move enough. 🙂 Therefore, our exercises could also relieve your pain by releasing any built up tension and relaxing your muscles and fasciae. However, we can't properly evaluate your individual case from a distance, so we can't promise you any success. We also don't think it will be possible to cure AVN and recover your hip bone, but at least it's one natural and non-invasive treatment approach to help you manage the pain! 💪🙂 Just start exercising and see for yourself how they work! We'd love to hear your feedback on these stretches and on your progress. Best wishes, Hannah from Liebscher & Bracht

In addition, we can't and must not properly evaluate your individual case from a distance in order to give you a proper answer to this question. Hi. I haven’t got around to watching the whole video but something tells me that you are very good at what you do. I got my results from the doctor a few days ago and I was told that I have advanced level hip osteoarthritis. It’s starting to pain a lot now, can’t tie shoelaces etc. The thoughts of hip surgery scare me and I don’t want to go through with it. Can I ask you straight out - Is it possible that my hip could be repaired in some way through your method? Thanks for the video. Liked and subscribed.

Everytime I have gotten inflamed joints all I had to do to heal it was sleeping on the floor! I also get big relief from 3 tablets of Calcium Magnezium Zinc D3, which also raises my D levels quickly. Add some cheese and wine for good measure, and feel absolutely wonderful.

Hi Jason! 🙂 Thanks for your comment! Unfortunately, we don't have any experience with Legg-Calve-Perthes, because our pain therapy is focusing on relieving pain conditions that are caused by excessive tensions in your muscles and fasciae (which applies to most cases, but unfortunately not to yours). Therefore, we can't tell you whether our exercises will help with it, especially since we are not able to evaluate your individual case from a distance. 🙏 Perhaps you just give them a try and just see for yourself how they work for you. Since they work naturally, you've got nothing to loose. Please learn more about how our exercises work in this article on the cause, symptoms, and treatment of hip pain. 👉 lie-br.com/yt-cm3-ephippain As a precaution, we still recommend you to check in with your physician before you attempt any of the exercises. 🙂 We hope this helps! Hey! 🙂 Thanks for sharing your honest opinion! The main purpose of this video is to inform and educate why many surgeries are unnecessary. We're sorry if you have the impression that it doesn't get to the point. But in our opinion, it's crucial to explain it in detail so that everyone can understand it and help themselves rather than having unnecessary surgeries or just taking painkillers. 🙏 We think a pain-free and healthy life is one of the most important things! Our appropriate exercises to naturally treat your hip issues and their underlying cause can be found in this article. 👉 lie-br.com/yt-cm3-hip Our pain therapy is designed to target key pressure points within the body to help it relax and release muscular-fascial tensions that are responsible for most painful conditions. Why do you think they wouldn't work for you? They've already been proven to help many people with their pain, so just give them a try and see for yourself. As they work naturally, you've got nothing to lose! For best results, practise daily for 2 mins per stretch. 💪 We'd love to hear how you got on! All the best Hannah from Liebscher & Bracht

how come karate people who do all kinds of stretching and various movements in all directions need hip replacements in the senior years ?
@Liebscher.Bracht_EN3 жыл бұрын
Hi David! 🙂 That's one really good question! As we cannot evaluate it properly from a distance, we can only assume that they don't do the "right" stretches that will release any built up tension in their muscles and fasciae. Our stretches and exercises are designed to target key pressure points within the body to help it relax and release muscular-fascial tensions, so it's not only important to stretch regularly but also to do the right stretches. 💪 In addition, there are also indirect and external factors, e.g. your diet and stress level, that could contribute to their pain development. 🙏 We hope this makes sense! 🙂 You can get more detailed information on our pain therapy and how it works on our website. 👉 lie-br.com/yt-cm3-therapy If there is anything else you'd like to know or if we can help you with anything else, please don't hesitate to contact us again! I need advice ...i have hip problem since I'm litter now I'm 18 and my doctor say that I need total hip replacement surgery but I don't feel any pain know should I take surgery or not
@Liebscher.Bracht_EN3 жыл бұрын
Hi Mesi, thanks for getting in touch! 🙂 In our opinion, surgeries should be your last resort, especially if you're not in pain yet! A replacement always carries risks and often they don't even help in the long run, because they don't solve the underlying cause of your (coming) pain. We've found that most pain conditions are due to tense muscles and fasciae, and as soon as these tensions will build up again after surgery, they will also cause pain again. Our pain therapy is designed to target key pressure points to help relax the body and release any muscular-fascial tension naturally and easily. So even if you'll be in pain at some pain, we recommend trying our effective and simple exercises instead of a hip replacement, because they can help prevent further pain as they release any built up tensions as soon as they build up and before they cause any pain. 🙏 Just give them a shot and practise daily. It's worth a try since you can't cause any harm to your body due to our natural and non-invasive treatment approach! 🙌😊 Best wishes, Hannah from Liebscher & Bracht
