Thank you for all your videos. I’ve been going crazy trying to get steel guitar pro to work with AUM and Cubasis 3 if you have any knowledge on this please send it my way. I’m usually logged in under a different account pretty sure it’s one of my Bikersights accounts. You have saved me before as I have told you us older guys seem to have a lot to learn.

What issues are you having with Steel Guitar? It's been really solid for me.

Great intro to mastering. Previously to me mastering was some sort of special voodoo that only higher beings could do. Now I’m willing to try it. I bought cubasis after watching your vids. I only record live instruments. Mostly for band stems and private rehearsal. Cubasis is easy to use. A few quick adjustments and I’m back to writing. Thanks for your work.

Dope vid Vortex! I've just ordered my first condenser mic, a seinheiser at2020 xlr. Should receive it on around a week. I can't wait to use the sage advice you give in my recording and mixing!

@@MobileMusicPro Cheers man! Love the channel, I think you're way ahead of a trend that's gonna blow up soon friend. Keep at it. Also, no pressure but if you're ever interested in the future I, and I'm sure many others would be interested in recording and mixing live instruments e.g Acoustic guitars, drums etc. Take care mate!
@vcodev1083 жыл бұрын
so we can master inside the cubasis 3 no need for other third party plugins that you did in the other video right?
@MobileMusicPro3 жыл бұрын
It's all about personal preference, remember there are no rules in music production, only guidelines. You can use the mastering strip in cubasis 3 or a 3rd party plugin if you like, whichever you think sounds better and fits your workflow better.

Hey bro im back again lol.. when you say the classic is for like acoustic instruments, could that possiblly meen it would be a good setting to use on vocals that are recorded over acoustic guitar? Or do you just meen the instruments themselves?
@MobileMusicPro2 жыл бұрын
Yep that's right, it will work for both.
@bestdisco19792 жыл бұрын
How did you print the master ?
@MobileMusicPro2 жыл бұрын
In order to mixdown you go to the Mixdown tab in the MediaBay.

great video, i have been using presets on final touch but i might give this a go
@MobileMusicPro2 жыл бұрын
final touch is great as well, just gotta compare the two and see which one you like better :)
@andrewjacksonmusic2 жыл бұрын
@@MobileMusicPro I do like final touch, it easy and usually does a good job, but had a play around with the master strip in Cubasis on my latest song and think I like it a bit better, feels a little cleaner ( but maybe my mix was just better too 😂)

Hi there, I’d like to master an instrumental classical guitar track. Any recommendations ? Are there any other mastering tools on Cubasis, that offer more versatility with the frequency range ?
@MobileMusicProАй бұрын
There are several EQs to modify frequency if that's what you mean but you can also control the frequency range in the master strip as well. As far as mastering apps besides the built in master strip in Cubasis the main one I'd recommend would probably be Grand Finale 2 by Klevgrand.

The content already helps me a lot, but still a small criticism: Speak a little slower and also leave some space for the cuts in the pauses. Then everything seems much more relaxed.
@MobileMusicPro3 жыл бұрын
Appreciate the feedback but these videos are meant to pack in as much info as possible into a short amount of time, not a whole lot of room for relaxation and pauses hehe.
