Question about nautilus freedom rack: Does the 44 lb custom olympic bar weight include the vertical sleeve hardware attached to it, or do those components add to the starting weight of the unloaded bar? If the latter, what is the actual starting weight? Thanks.

Thank you, awesome demo and information. We have one of these at our local gym, hardly gets used. 😅 perfectly for me👍👍😃

I found this multipresse in very good used condition, for only 800 €. Would you recommend this machine as the only multi-trainer for home?

Reason why I don't like this machine. It makes you imbalance in the middle of a rep because of all the things that are going on.

That and extending the lower back to rack the bar.

How do you use this as a regular Smith machine?

Why would you want to do that loool?

You can't sadly it seems. If you could lock out the mechanism from moving laterally, it would be perfect. The Jones 3D rack has this feature but has its own limitations.

Hmm, 1. the spotter bars should be to protect you from injury, not the machine 2. If you need to use "clips" or collars on the bar you probably need to work on balance instead of lifting weight
