The Dartwing 130 (130mm or 5" in length) comes in sinking (1.3oz) and floating (5/8oz) models. The unique design gives the Dartwing a unique action. Nomad Design lure designer Damon Olsen goes through how to use the Dartwing popper with different retrieve techniques to get the skittering action of the Dartwing.
Rear weighted, the Dartwing casts like a bullet making it a great searching bait or firing out long casts to surface feeding fish. Watch this clip if you want to learn how to catch fish on surface plugs. The Dartwing has proven effective on fish around the world including Giant Trevally, Kingfish, Jack Crevalle, Salmon, Tailor, Bluefin Tuna, Longtail Tuna, Yellowfin Tuna, Striped Bass, Snook and many more. Any surface feeding predator is a target with the Dartwing surface lure.

Nice action on that lure...Why do Aussies not wind the reel on the left like the rest of the world?

A bit like "why do Americans drive on the wrong side" compared to the rest of the world? 😆

@@groovyhew If you notice he has to keep switching hands when he casts then winds...easier to wind with the left hand...

They don't cast a mile they simply cast ok, competition casts better than those. I Tried the floating version today in Mediterranean waters with no success. On the other hand a much cheaper lure from the competition gave me a 4kg bluefish. I'll give it one more shot but I'm not very excited.
