How to use the Omega Platinum Series Software

high i am working on the strain gauges and i am using this platinum series controller. i have downloaded the software but i am unable to calculate strain or voltage fluctuated by it. is there any different configuration or any input process that i am using wrong cause its always showing temp

@petersobol8632 Hi Peter, I just tried the link in the description and it downloaded the software for me... but if that link is still not working for you, here's a link to the product page: www.omega.com/en-us/control-monitoring/controllers/pid-controllers/cnpt-series/p/CN16DPT-440 Once on the product page, scroll down until you see tabs going across for Specs/All Models/Reviews/Manuals and Downloads - Select "Manuals and Downloads" and you'll see a download link for Software there. Sorry you ran into trouble with the link in the description. Let me know how you make out.
