How to use the Stitch tool in Sub D for Rhino

thank's for the tutorial. What is the shortcut or hotkey for fully select the 4 edges in the middle of the square? and how to expand them on both ways?

Sorry this is not a good tutorial about the Stitch tool, you talked about it only 2 minutes, for example, how can I select a lot of edges that are very closer one to another? there is a lot of things about this important tool.
