Thank you sport life. I use mine all year. The only tough months are July-September when the fish are chasing small shad fry and are really orienting on them vs. structure. That said, I troll with Captain Mack's Umbrella rigs and when I find them I turn on the thumper and drop slabs to catch them! Some of my other customers have used thumpers effectively for catfish, crappie and spotted bass...

Please more instruction and less fish catching video. I’d like to learn where, when, and how to use the device more than see fish being caught. Instruction on interpreting sonar is helpful too.

No there was a guide 150 yards or so from me when I started and that boat was a couple hundred yards away. The guide left and he came closer, I ultimately tied him off and gave him some shad. He caught one fish before I had to leave...

Yes I had a few people complain about that so removed music from my later videos. I still use it sometimes if my go pro didn’t record sound or if my thumper was super loud

You also need to mention to viewers you also have a spasher motor in the rear too, I also have one of your thumper and with just that one equipment it really doesn't do all that well alone 😔

Hmoob Va that is a good point. I don’t always use my splasher. I used it this time because the fish were higher in the water column 20’ or higher. If they are below 20’ I don’t normally turn it on.

Hmoob Va I also failed to mention that there was a guide close to me (150 yards away). He was using a splasher only and left about five minutes after I got there. He didn’t have a thumper but tried banging on his boat...

I also have the thumper it doesn't draw in fish! Only thing it does do consistently is drain my battery.

Your fish handling need some respect for nature. Are you scared or don't want to smell like fish? Grab the lip and remove the hook
