Thanks so much for sharing..😊Because I was just about to ask a question..Until I watch the video some more...This video answered my question...😅.I am so glad that you demonstrated how to use the new universal pen 🖊 and it feels good to know that I can use it for the old model instead of having to go buy the new model...because I love my scan n cut machine....I haven't been using as much as I should...bit I'm starting to use it more and get more creative and coming up with ideas to use it for different DIY's projects that comes to mind....I most definitely will be purchasing one...I got lots of colored pens and markers and would love to be able to use this New pen 🖊 tool to create different colored art designs with and have fun along the way...❤😁😊

Julie …. I was watching a Scan N Cut video where you did the “Relish/Ketchup” and loved it! Going to make one for my spouse who always bbqs’ and is very spiritual….. however, I can’t seem to figure out how to do the ‘spatula’….can you send me info? Also, my scan n cut came with grey, Black and Tan cutters…. What’s the grey one for? I also scored the fabric rotary cutter but too nervous to use it yet!

@@BrotherCraftsUSA Yes thats all very well but Ive tried several pens and they slide up and lose pressure and the result is not good so I guess one needs to use very inky pens and pens that are not so smooth where the holder tightens around it. So we would like to know what the pen brand you used for the deomonstration. please

+Bee Bee Create and Craft do sell them - launched on Tuesday but they ran out so are waiting for replacement stock. I believe UK people have successfully ordered from World Weidner in USA

I purchased this holder specifically to use with my chalk pens on dark paper and the hole isn't big enough and this holder cost me close to $40...very disappointed.

I bought one as well as a ton of other accessories and have spent a good 2 hours trying various markers and none worked correctly. So disappointed with this product. It didnt take long for the black marker in the set to run out of ink. Now what to do since they do not sell the colours individually
