Haven't watched it yet, but am looking forward to it. I recently got a coffee grinder and a French press that I've been enjoying a lot. Been wanting to make cold brew for awhile now.

Really cool - I'll have to resort to paying for my cold drip coffee though. I've always wanted one of these but don't have space to put these devices. Have you looked into getting a siphon for hot as well? Those are really cool - if even just to watch it brew.
