I have an android. Samsung Galaxy S22 ultra. My tiktok does not give the option to choose the length as yours shows, It only allows 15 seconds, apparently.

The app may look different depending on what device you're using and what version of the app you can run on the device. Make sure the app on both devices is updated to the newest available version for the most similar experience
