Natalia, this was a great video, I will rewatch again for sure. I am new to Trello and Project Management via online. I am a bit old school🤣. You mention that I can copy a board to add to another email or project management like Asana as you mention at the end. I am a member of a board that I did not create but I would like to create that same board moving forward, can I copy this board if I am not the original owner? I have 2 VA's and would like to use the same system for them both. Thanks again.

I’m glad you’ve enjoyed it Barb! 😊 I’m afraid you can’t copy a board if you’re not an admin. You can either ask the admin to grant you temporary permissions which may or may not work or you can try to replicate the board manually. If you need help, give me a shout!

You're very welcome! ✨ If you want to type out some text, you can do it in the description box of the card. As a Premium user, you can add custom fields (text fields included) - to do so, click on your card, then in the right panel in the ADD TO CARD section choose Custom Fields and then select the field you want like a text field. It will be added to your card and you can choose whether you want it to be visible on the front of your card or not (meaning visible on the card from the board view). The Custom Field option doesn't show your whole text though, you'll see a snippet of it on the card and within the card. Hope it helps!

Move them to the Completed column or, if I no longer need them, archive them. You can do it from the active card view.

Thank you so much for the suggestion and I understand how this may be too fast for some people. I’ve tried to make the tutorial as comprehensive as possible so there had to be a balance between how slow I could be going and the overall length of the video. Perhaps you could try slowing down the video through the playback speed - I really hope that this can make it a bit more accessible to you 🙌
