Takes years of training, hundreds of thousands of dollars special machines and fixtures, and a few hours labor to hopefully regrind it correctly. I order 2 of them from MSC for 60 bucks and they arrived 16 later. EPIC FAIL

@@sandylee2509 I used to regrind those larger twist drill 20 years ago in a dingy shop, but it doesn't seem practical anymore. I really only use carbide nowadays
