Do you have any videos on 3d backgrounds like Code Miko? I can't really find anything that explains it well. And can you make your own vtuber app in just unity? I'm not good with blender. And instead of making a 3d background can they be downloaded from some websites? Thanks.

the backgrounds are normal worlds you can either search for level building or look into the Unreal Marketplace for finished lvls. Many of Mikos are assets she bought from there...yeah you could also build them in unity but thats outside of my knowledge haha

hey! I'm launching my project in a new editor window and just windowcapture that with OBS...but there is also a plugin called Off World Live which allows you to directly stream into OBS with some cool features like only rendering specific objects with alpha channels!

looks like you're using a wrong version of the Plugins with your version of UE...there is also difference between UE5 and UE5 Early Access

The plug ins aren't showing up when search them after I put them in the plugins folder I made for them in the project. any idea why?

might be a version mismatch, normally they should show up...also make sure plugins folder is inside of the main directory of your project

when you download there is a lot of stuff, so just copy the things that are inside the "plugins" folder in the download into the "plugins" folder in your project...depending on the version there might also just be the plugins folder in the download

Did you have an issue with VMC4uE losing connection every 5 minutes?

I'm having a genuine issue. VRM4U is not there, I'm not sure if I misunderstood something while watch your video. Do I need that? Does VRM4UE do the same thing with out it?

yes you need all 3 mods for it to work, so VMC4UE VRM4U and ueOSC

I go to plugins in UE5, I choose the latest plugin folder, Moved to project Plugins as VRM4U "done," restart the project, It request a rebuild, claiming that it was not built with the same engine. Then there's this error. "Project name" could not be compiled. Try rebuilding from source manually. Missing test Modules The following modules are missing or built with a different engine version: VRM4U VRM4ULoader VRM4UImporter VRM4UEditor VRM4UMisc Would you like to rebuild them now? I clicked yes Then this Error. Error test could not be compiled. Try rebuilding from source manually.

are you sure that you used the latest version that is for UE5 stabe, not UE5 preview or early access?

Good video, but it is weird that you use a girl face for the avatar. You should change it to a girl voice. My thoughts on achieving this... buy little alter boy VST and change the formant.
