I am having the same problem that Elliott Burke is having: I can't pair to receiver. The green light on receiver flashes, but pressing the vibrate button doesn't change anything. Receiver continues to flash. When i charge the receiver, it just fast flashes green and makes a clicking sound. I then recharged it and it stopped working. Tried to reach you support email with link supplied below but came back as page not found......Literally only used this collar once, and has never worked since.

Is there a way to keep the collar on. It turns itself off after a time. It won't work for me if I have to keep turning it back on!

I have 2 remotes you can make them work to 1 collar but if I try to add the other collar it goes on but wipes the other remote any ideas please

Hi. I just orded a dog shock collar very similar to this a few days ago. Came in the mail but it's by iMountek. Paired and working, but it unpairs. It's like I can press either shock vibrate or sound and it'll do that but maybe 15 minutes later it will be unpaired. Anyone experiencing this? Help! Thanks

Hello , Thanks for the mail. Do you mean receivers can not connect with remote ? If yes, please Pls kindly try to pair them as below: Long press the power button on the receiver and turn into the standby mode to pair; and then you choose the channel (CH) you want and press the vibrate or beep mode on the remote and finally you would hear a bear beep sound. Please let us know if it works or not. Thanks.
