Put it in my scalp today. First time. Itchy for sure. I believe it is the coconut oil. I was on the coconut oil bandwagon when it first became a thing and my hair suffered. It was dry and crunchy and my scalp it’s. This growth oil consists of coco pot oil as main carrier.

Always remember to moisturize your hair before the oil to seal the moisture in . Always do a hot oil treatment before your hair wash and use a wide tooth comb while detangling . Protective styles is your best friend and if you apply heat like blow dryer or flat iron always use hair protection and if you wear wigs wear a glue protection like they put under weaves to keep the glue from plying out your edges

During the first time of using the oil, it made my scalp really itchy and I think that’s because the mixture is very strong and I was not use to it, but now I can apply the oil to my hair with no problem. Some people may have not seen growth because of not being consistent , applying too much or using it incorrectly. I would suggest starting with the light moisturizer then work up to the original formula.
