@@MovieSuperShadowMeatRider personally I think comb twists help too because it’s a protective style. But I think the more protective the style, the more likely your hair will be able to grow faster. For example. Scalp braids > Hanging braids> two strain twists > Comb twists. I usually see growth when I have comb twist in though because it’s protected and less likely to get damaged.

If you are a male, be very careful about using peppermint oil. Heard it can affect your hormones. There are other products that can affect your hormones also. You might want to research products before applying to your scalp or on your body. Even check the foods you eat.

You would do everything except section your hair off if your hair is shorter, you don’t have to.. you can just apply it to ur scalp eventually, and massage it in , then conditioner, and last oil on ur actual hair to seal it in 🙌🏾
