Great Video. I like the translucent Worbla, i loved the effect with the paint inside before it was fully mixed.

That’s amazing! I appreciate the demonstration. I was intrigued because it’s one of the moldable plastics that have transparency

It's a really fun material to work with! I also used it to sculpt transparant (light up) mushrooms for a witch hat :) With some fairylights I added lights inside them, which makes them look super magical!

Nice tutorial! as usual. When I work with the non translucent perls I do it with hot water boiling at medium low temperatur on the stove. this way it does not stick to the finger so much or other materials . hot water can also make it flexible again when there are some irregularities or changes needed
@PretzlCosplay7 жыл бұрын
Thank you! I know, with the Deco art pearls that works but this new material needs a temperature above 100 degrees celsius so boiling water won't melt them.

How do you make sure the worbla doesnt get too hard before you can mold it?

Oh cool! I wonder how well this would work for gems with LEDs! Can't wait to try it!
@PretzlCosplay7 жыл бұрын
It works good with LED´s too! Since it´s a little bit milky, it diffuses the light :)

An interesting material because it could do straps and belts as well. I wonder what it looks like with sparkly stuff in it?
@PretzlCosplay7 жыл бұрын
Yes! It has an interesting texture :) I'm thinking of making a glitter unicorn horn with it ^^

Lovely video! I should really order some of this new material and try it out. Just a question, does it weigh more than regular worbla, or is it just as light?
@PretzlCosplay7 жыл бұрын
kiravanndrea Thank you! Ooh I haven't weighed it but I suppose it's the same weight ;) Depends a bit on how big the items are you will make it it ;)

Is boiling water mot hot enough for this material? I dont have a heatgun, and I can't get it soft :/ the deco art did het soft in hot water.
@PretzlCosplay6 жыл бұрын
Elincia Toro no unfortunatly that's not enough for this material. This needs to be hotter 😔 That's also the reason why I wear gloves when working with it.

Wow, this stuff looks really good! I actually need something to make a flexible gem out of - would you say crystal art is good for making jewels with? Thank you!
@PretzlCosplay7 жыл бұрын
Yes the stuff is awesome! And you can definatly use it to make gems. It's only less see through then if you would use clear resin. The crystal Worbla is a bit more milky. So if that is no problem then it is perfect to make flexible gems!
