SO I am a dancer (Monica) and I occasionally dance on our channel. I have never used flags and absolutely loved this!! When you mentioned muscle memory it made me think of doing something repetitive which could really benefit meditation on a verse or song. I dance a lot in my quiet times :) Thanks for sharing!

So, I learned about poi and the flow arts before all this and didnt even know children of God were using them for worship until today at a worship concert and I remember seeing natives using hoops and flags too and when you said let the Lord lead you into if you should even worship with flow toys, I got goose bumps!
