A fondant extruder is a nice tool to have in your tool box for your cake decorating, it can be used to make different types of borders for your cakes, rainbows, stripes etc

My fondant won't go through. Why? I put lots of grease.

Could be it's not soft and pliable enough, try making it a bit softer.
