Hi there. Thank you very much for the explanatory video. I have started embroidering with this machine and the bobbin thread is visible at the top of the embroidery. I don't know how to fix it. Please if you could help me. Thank you!!

There are two things! First is to make sure the bobin thread is fully in the tension of the bobin case. You should hear a light snap sound when it’s put into place. The second thing would be to open tools on your keypad and lower the upper tension by about 3-4 clicks. Try sewing again and adjust as needed 😊 if you’ve done both of these and the issue still occurs you should take your machine into your local dealer to be checked out. Hope this helps!

it hurts me when you pull the thread out from the top. I was told to cut the thread at the top and pull out from the bottom where the needle is.
