Do you recommend just using 1 tablet for a small spa?

I tried putting in 2 and the levels jumped up way too high. I’d use 1 and just stay on top of checking it because once they dissolve the chlorine levels can reduce dramatically and your hot tub can turn into a Petri dish almost overnight.

Honestly, no idea how long they last. I just look to see if it is empty. A lot of the time, I forget to add them when I am not using/heating the spa. Then when I know I want to use it. I add one.

It depends on your setting. 3-4 days for me. You must run the filter with the tabs for 8 hours daily. You can remove it when not running filtration.

Good video right on the point.. I have a question howmany tables should i use for 16,000 gallons of water ? How many times should i use this chemical 2 times per a week is good ? Last but not least, after i use the tablet how many hours should i wait to start using the pool again? Sorry for asking i am new with this pool thing.

Better to remove i think. I set it to 1 hole and circulate it daily for about 6 hours minimum. It can be 2x3 hours or 1x6. You can measure the chlorine level with a test srtip. If not in use you need to circulate it with chlorine daily too and wash out the filter properly every day.

The part where i screw on the chemconnect gadget broke very easily i may add. Am i now screw or is there a way to fix it?

I'm assuming pump needs to stay on then? Or can I turn the pump off and still have good dispersement?

You want to leave the pump on so it is always filtering the water

Not only that, but chlorine will bleach surfaces and if you turn the pump off, the tablet will slowly leach down the wall from the holder it is in and quite likely, stain the walls and floor over time. Always keep the pump running when you have a tablet in the dispenser.

My dispenser broke where I would screw it back on. Am I now screwed or is this fixable for reattachment?

You probably can just get a replacement from the manufacturer. But if not, you can just get a small chlorine float. They are cheap and work just fine.

My first one of these spas didn't have the attached chlorine filter. It was just a float.

My 1" bromine tabs don't fit in the chem connect. They're too big and i have to split them before putting them in. I've tried different brands. Do they make smaller sizes?

I’ve been using Bromine. But I have slimy coating in the hot tub. Is there a better solution? I can’t figure out how to get rid of those yucky slimy flowters

Some people get that slimy coating from the adhesive under the floors warning sticker… how the company hasn’t realized that’s a bad idea yet is kind of puzzling. It happened in the first two that I owned.
