Torch (small or large)
Vinyl sheet
Paper slicer
Sanding block
Steps: Preparation:
Remove the tumbler's lid and set it aside.
Use a sanding block to scuff the entire tumbler for better adhesion.
Vinyl Application:
Cut a straight strip of vinyl.
Wrap it around the tumbler, peel the backing gradually, and smooth it down with your hand.
Applying Glitter:
Tape off the vinyl section.
Mix 5 ml of epoxy (2.5 ml of Part A and 2.5 ml of Part B) and mix for 60 seconds.
Apply the mixed epoxy to the tumbler.
Sprinkle "Kiss the Girl" chunky glitter and pink glitter over the epoxy-coated areas.
Gently press the glitter down to ensure it sticks well.
Sealing Glitter:
After about 5 minutes, remove the tape.
Apply 10 ml of epoxy over the entire tumbler to seal the glitter and vinyl.
Final Touches:
Use a torch to remove any air bubbles.
After about 40 minutes, add decorative lines if desired.
Apply two more coats of epoxy over the entire cup, using a total of 15 ml (7.5 ml Part A and 7.5 ml Part B for each coat). Mix for 60 to 90 seconds before applying.
Ensure the entire tumbler is covered evenly with epoxy, including the edges and bottom.
Torch again to remove bubbles.
Curing:
Leave the tumbler to spin for about 20 minutes, then turn off the spinner but do not touch the cup for another 45 minutes.
