Oh boy, I love visualizing 1 to 1 sessions with SP 😇 😂 Visualization is not always perfect, I struggle sometimes to even remember his face, but still it's such a joy! I think of things I remember for sure, and yes, often refer to pleasant moments from the past, they help to remember some details as well.

Joseph Alai says you should visualize once and then forget it but others say you should visualize daily. What are your thoughts? Also, can you “mess up” your manifestation at all once the seed is planted?

I think you should do the amount necessary to impress the subconscious mind. For some that could be one visualisation, for others it will be daily. It is all about what creates that dominant story within your mind. Also, yes, doubting, fearing, checking on it nd all those sorts of things put you into the old state of consciousness, which unearths that desire

Do u have any video on recreating someone or can u suggest me something for my situation.. My sp came back after but i got to know he proposed someone else too for marriage (when we were talking about marriage as well) Now i want to revise it as well but I want him to back fully.. I m so hurt that I don't want to go back n say it's ok ilu 2 without him not even apologizing.. I manifested him to propose me for marriage n he did but I just don't want ignore everything n be happy ki atleast he came back.. i don't want to manifest every single day for him.. @@MindOverThisMatrix I meant my sp came back while I was manifesting marriage with him.. but he did proposed another girl for marriage too.. it didn't worked out with her n he came back to me but now I feel cheated n disrespected (bcz he was dating me while he proposed to her) now i not only want to manifest marriage with him but instead revise the whole situation (otherwise m not saying yes m hurt)+ want to manifest him for ever n fully.. (not like manifesting marriage for 3 months n he came back like this so I have to revise again for 3 months n then again.. )

No, as long as you’re dwelling in the desired state when your desire comes to mind, you’re fine. However, I would say it is nothing but a vice and you would benefit letting go of it
