I went to a Dollar Tree store, and in the craft and stationary Aisle, and I walked right up to a kind of wood shaped saying that said RELAX. I saw it and took a deep breath from tention. I thought, everyone should have one of these. I bought it. As I was seeing the patience the people behind me in line, were trying to keep, I turned around to everyone and said"Hey, Read this!" This is exactly what happened to me. I became consumed by rage. I've been dealing with this since childhood. But I overcame that anger with God's help and am now at peace. Now they still continue, but they're suffering. They can no longer reach me.

You ignore the anger & keep your peace-keep doing your tasks outshining yourself-constantly clearing your mind of toxicity & negativity; then, right after work-shower & go to the gym or a long walk; etc. keep eating right and eat & drink PLENTY of hydration Seek promotion-even if it means gaining certification/degrees/apprenticeships; etc & by applying at other jobs

@@mylegacytransformed thank you so much for the encouragement. It means a lot to me as I’ve felt so alone and attacked most of my life even since a child. Because I am chosen and gifted and my heart is too big for my own good. You gave me some really great suggestions to empower myself. God bless your kind soul I appreciate your caring words. I realize she’s being so cruel and mean to me because she’s threatened by me. She’s been with the company for years yet I’m doing better work than her after like 9 months lol. I don’t even feel sorry cuz she’s lazy and a scam artist and doesn’t even do good work, just fakes it like she is. I’ve quit smoking weed recently (that’s a story for another day lol) and taking extra good care of myself. I’m pretty sure she’s narcissistic. And Definitely a miserable person. Shes the type who wants to make others’ lives worse bc her own didn’t turn out great. Ruthlessly jealous and attention seeking. She’s my lead, so gives me all the “dumb person” work, literally lying to my face and sabotaging my work when I ask for help. She’s a manipulator and a literal confusion demon. It’s been Unbelievable. I’ve been praying for her to heal and for God to help me have patience and strength and finally (I can’t even believe it) but I think she’s gonna get transferred or some karma because she threw a temper tantrum and got impulsive one day and said she literally wanted to step down from the position. I don’t think she gets on well with the boss either. I love my job so much and it sucks bc she’s truly made it hell for me and it’s been a real slow process of her getting transferred or whatever they planning on doing. I’m focusing on myself and doing awesome with my work, the best I’ve done in my career so far and I’ve never felt more confident. I am a victim of narc abuse and she thought I’d be an easy target. Boy was she surprised when I continued to show up and even kill her with kindness. I’m not as kind anymore cuz she’s made it plain clear she despises me and so there’s no point. . . Thank you again for the encouragement and I’m sorry you had to go through such an awful thing too. There really needs to be more laws and consequence on work bullies

This is solid advice and great wisdom! In addition, many of us dealing with similiar (and common to some degree) circumstances, is to remember to intentionally direct compassionate energy toward our oppressors, no matter how we have been targeted. There is understated power and comfort in taking that stance that neautralizes our own residual pain.
