I invite you to really apply yourself to this teachings. I myself did it for couples of week. Then stop then try. And recently, after starting again but seriously this time. I started to sense God working in me. Even if you don't feel anything, don't give up. It is a process that is purifying you and conditioning you day after day to be compatible with God. Don't give up. The more you do it the more God will give you grace to have a breakthrough in it. I first heard of this last year. But the Lord has gave me grace to come again and practice it seriously, not trying it. But doing it. God bless you all

What is the posture/position you should take when waiting on God? I did not hear that part on this sermon or you just find a comfortable position or there is a specific position Jesus prescribed to him that we should be in when we are trying to be still. Are you only supposed to be on your knees? And where are your hands supposed to be? This is what frustrates my effort cause many times i want to be still but the fact that i don't even know which is the appropriate position of my body & hands, it already throws my mind into loudness. Anyone to help?

@@Melusi_Nyathi Best position is to be in your knees in an upright posture. For balance you may hold a chair kept in front of you or even lean or rest your hands on it if you are waiting on God for long hours. This I am writng from my experience. God bless you.

Part 4 0:00-8:00 -You must master the art of staying perfectly quiet and still. You must do it just like anything else. Do it day-by-day to master it. -When the art is perfected you can instantly become still and quiet in any given situation. You can also be instantly translated. You can be one place in the body and another place in the Spirit. Mark 7:26-28 don't know why this one is here 5. Final aspect of waiting on GOD meditating on the word of God. John 15:7 If you remain in Me and My words remain in you [that is, if we are vitally united and My message lives in your heart], ask whatever you wish and it will be done for you. John 6:63 It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh conveys no benefit [it is of no account]. The words I have spoken to you are spirit and life [providing eternal life]. 17:13 example Catholic nun who has not eaten in 30 years. Breakfast, lunch and dinner, 1 cup of cofee and mediate for 1 hour. Nun is still alive and heavy-set. Matthew 4:4 But Jesus replied, “It is written and forever remains written, ‘Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that comes out of the mouth of God.’” Psalms 78:24 Deuteronomy 29:5 24:49 Sadhu talks about learning Greek and Hebrew and then praying to the lord about it Jesus response: My son, to understand my word you don't need Greek of Hebrew, you need my Spirit. 2 Timothy 3:16 Sadhu's point: Meditate to understand the word. Meditation is the reflection of deep thoughts by musing in the mind with the speaking out loudly to oneself. 30:43 If you disciple the mind to become one with your spirit, then whatever you pray in the spirit your mind can interpret and understand instantly and your mind and your spirit becomes one with the Holy Spirit. Ref Psalm 19:14 Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart Be acceptable and pleasing in Your sight, O Lord, my [firm, immovable] rock and my Redeemer. speak the word when you read the Bible then your mind and mouth will become one and your mind will be thinking about the word. 32:37 the Lord said this to Sadhu last time he was in Lancaster: tell my people to love me, and the word abiding in them will cause them to see me. Meaning: Love the word and eat it with delight and not do it out of compulsion or duty. John 14:21 The person who has My commandments and keeps them is the one who [really] loves Me; and whoever [really] loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and reveal Myself to him [I will make Myself real to him].” 35:00 John 6:41 Im the bread of life. You can meditate on the word of God and never go hungry. John 5:39 John 1:18 Mystery of these verses at 36:45 Hebrews 10:19 Hebrews 4:15-16 39:02 Meditating on the name Jesus and it became progressively brighter until Sadhu saw the Lord Jesus in the heavenlies. Devils music Proverbs 18:4 54:00 Psalm 12:6 seven hidden meanings and mysteries to every word of God Revelations from the Word flows are 4 levels Ezekiel 47:3-5 1. What if you live with non-believers to postion yourself to have a quiet time is hard bc you will be move to praise Him & moved to speak to yourself & do thing as the spirit of Jesus moves you but might be in contary to those who will hear me because it’s not my house. Yes it is but its Godly meditation that brings revelation. He even said one of the best ways 2 become still before God is meditating on the Word. The stillness he's talking about is an inner stillness. He was quite clear if you listened 2 all his messages, dont try 2 make everything seem sinister. He's clearly teaching on how 2 meditate on God. He never once said empty your mind.

Melusi Nyathi hi. God bless you. I’m a beginner in this area. It’s something I’m just trying 2 learn myself. I think from the things I’ve read and heard that waiting on God can be for just a few minutes up to hours or days so it can’t only be on your knees. But that’s where I start. On our knees is our rightful position before God so I start there. I start in a classic praying position on my knees with my hands on the ground and my face on my hands facing the ground. Then I think we have 2 go with what we sense. I try and be quiet and still and the presence of God becomes stronger. Then after a while (which could be 5 minutes or half an hour or more depending on the person) I might start praising and worshipping God. I might stand and then kneel again. I’m trying 2 build the time I am still, I’m very bad at this but God meets us where we are and I definitely know already this is a road I need 2 continue on. Also remember it’s the being still before God that is the difficult part, waiting God can involve a lot more. You can wait on God while you are reading the Bible or worshipping an praising or fasting etc. But being still and waiting on God I think is different and a lot more difficult because we have 2 keep our minds focused on Jesus an stop our thoughts flying all over the place. God will see the effort and reward you and help you. Ask the Holy Spirit 2 help you 2 be still and wait and focus your mind on Jesus. Hope this helps, truly I’m only beginning myself an I’m terrible at it. I usually think I’ve done well when I’m still for 10 minutes!!!! I remember once though sensing the presence of God and sitting on the edge of my bed and I think I was still for nearly an hour. That was completely Spirit led and I wasn’t kneeling. God does things how He wants when He wants. Keep praying 2 God and telling Him how much you want 2 do this because you are seeking Him. He’ll answer and reward you. God bless you.
