I have been sleeping at 10:30 PM each night since three years, automatically I wake up at 5:30, without putting any effort. The sleep is good, no waking up in between. No tiredness, no fatigue. Things that helped me : Sleep forcefully by 10:30 leaving everything you are doing. Massaging feet with any oil No eating after 8 PM. Try this.

I can't try this things since I go to bed at 5 A.M. In current situation, I don't want to do this. But, I will wish to wake up at 5 A.M., this is only the game of one day. Before corona period, I was used to wake up at 3 A.M. and six month or one year, that routine again will come and that will be continue for whole life. Once I will complete my research work, I will completely turned to spiritual person. Then, I will follow that routine. Thanks.

Normally Monday to Friday - Wake up at 5:15 am Last night sleep at 11-12 am Normally 12 Sometimes 12:30 am Because it is school at 7 am Bus arrives at 6 am Only 5 hours 15 minutes sleep Mostly I sleep at 3-3:30 pm in the afternoon after arriving from school. Wake up at 5:00 to 5:30 pm I don't scroll I have to study till 12 am Because everyday there is an exam In our school class tests happen which are of 10-15 marks. I have 3 tuition teachers Sir - Wednesday and Saturday 6-7:15 pm Maam - Tuesday and Friday 6-8 pm Aunty- Monday and Thursday 7:15-9:30 pm Only Sunday I get to complete my syllabus properly because my father teaches me and it is his only holiday from office. My tuitions doesn't help me to complete my studies. They don't teach me properly. I am only 11. I come from school at 12:30 pm. From less sleep I am getting acne. But can't help it. Please don't write bad comments or savage replies like "did I ask". This whole comment is especially for me.

Its a habit which you can start. If you want to be healthy and improve your immunity, try to get to bed latest by 10.30 pm. I did it for my childrens sake. They were sleeping late & would cry to get up in morning. Hence i started dinner by 8.30pm & by 10 pm would get ready to sleep, ultimately by 10.30 pm im asleep. Trust me you will not need any alarm to get by 5 or 5.15pm
