Good tips :) my main issue isn't falling asleep, but staying asleep, which is why I lie in because my sleep is so broken :( I find it hard to switch off, my mind is always working overtime. If you haven't already, another good vid idea would be how to switch off at bed time :D Love your vids by the way and follow your workouts a lot :)

I wake Up To The Weather Channel Every Morning. When The Local On The 8's Come On. Music Starts Playing I Start Moving Around Then Get Up And Make A Cup Of Coffee .And Watch The Weather Channel That's How I Start My Morning!!!

Hi, Rebecca! I love your videos and have been using them daily to workout, always mixing it up. I have a stress fracture in my foot, but I don't want that to stop me from working out. I've been focusing on arms, abs, and butt. Could you make a video workout that doesn't place strain on the feet/ankles for those with sprains and stress fractures? Because that would be AMAZING! Thank you :)

I have to admit it was hard to get up to turn off the alarm this morning, but it definitely worked for me! I'm in a really good mood today, listening to music while I got ready was a great idea. Thank you Rebecca for this simple but really efective tips, wish I knew them before!
