Are you riding 2 or 3 fins under this board? What are the fin sizes that you’re using? I’m really struggling with fin release. I suspect it’s just my weight distribution, but I also wonder if I’m riding with too much fin.

I generally ride twin fin or quad fin setups (nubs in rear). Fin release is definitely a trick that take some time to learn and usually swapping fins is not the answer unless you are on unsually large fins. The most common issue we see is people trying to "drive" the board with their back foot through the manuver which locks your fins in more. If possible shoot us some video and we can give some tips.
