Yes it will. You need space above so it can direct sound towards the ceiling. The Sonos Arc wall mount bracket suggests having about a 30cm gap from the bottom of the TV.

Typically you need about a 7" gap for the up firing speakers to get the most potential.

My sony a90j tv isn't flat against the wall , it hangs about 130mm off . How can I have my new Samsung q990b soundbar wall mounted without the Atmos speakers being blocked ? Thanks 🙏🙂

I personally wouldn't put the Q990b on a Soundbar bracket hanging under the TV due to the weight. I've tried it with the Q950a but it's so heavy that the front ends up facing the floor. My recommendation is to always sit a heavy soundbar on the cabinet or mounted straight to the wall using the included brackets. In regards to the Atmos speakers- you'll need to leave a gap between the bottom of the TV and the Soundbar for them to work properly. Samsung recommends 5cm. Hope this helps.
