in my small room i have it placed facing the wall because it seems as if added more bass however low hz around 20-30 it becomes unidirectional and i can hear where the bass is coming from is this a placement flaw or just the subwoofer? (its a 20 year old sealed sub btw)

Can you really only use truplay with apple? If i borrow a phone to set it up i assume it will just hold the preset? I cant stand apple, i used them for years but battery and hardware elimanation through software update turned me right off.

Hello, Please help! I have LG soundbar SN7Y and when I turn on the soundbar, it says "Ready" and stays like that. The "Function" button doesn't work at all; I can't switch to OPT, HDMI, Bluetooth, or USB. I managed to reset it by holding the minus button on the soundbar and pressing "Sound Effects" on the remote. It shows "Reset" and goes into standby. When I turn it on now, it constantly displays "OPT" on the small screen, and I still can't switch to Bluetooth or HDMI. I tried loading the update via USB, but I can't switch to USB using the "F" button so that it recognizes it. It can't connect to Bluetooth via my phone either. This has already happened to me twice, and after a few days of being plugged in, it started working again on its own, worked for a while, and then stopped again. Now it's stopped working again, and I can't restore it. I'm very dissatisfied with the LG soundbar. I've used it so little, only when watching sports matches. It's a shame for such a company. Do you have any suggestions about what might be wrong or what I could do?

Sonos has had so many problems with their app you have to constantly update. And it loses connection to some of the speakers. One of my Play 5 gave out a little after a year. Not worth it.

Is it worth paying the extra £400 for the Ultra or should I buy the regular Arc for 600?

I’ve already had one of these cinema 800 warrantied for having to do a hard reset like once a week for no sound issue. . Had the new set up for about a month the subwoofer crapped out and I have to hit TV every time I turn on the actual TV just to get sound. Klipsch Customer service was awesome, but definitely not happy with this product.
