This video was NOT sped up lol. and these dishes soaked at the bottom, while the bowls and plates were washed first. then, the cold water got let out before fresh hot was added. the soaking is a big part, allong with the bowl in the rinse side. that way, when ya pick up a pile its basically already rinsed
