Awesome video. Very informative. I have watched several Chemical Guys videos and bought MANY products and am very pleased with the results. I am on the fence about purchasing your pressure washer because of the negative reviews mostly about internal leakage. Has this problem been addressed as yet?

I would like to see an A-Z detail at home for us weekend warriors. Is it possible to do it all in 1 weekend, or do we need several weekends?

I HAVE A BLACK HONDA CIVIC HATCH-BACK AND YESTERDAY I USED THE "BLACK LIGHT" CAR WASH AND BLACK LIGHT WAX AND EVERYTHING IS MIRROR SHINING. I NOTICED ON THE ROOF OF THE CAR I HAVE CAT PAW PRINTS THAT WILL NOT LEAVE THE VEHICLE (AS IF THEY HAD A LITTLE MUD AND IT DRIED AND EMBEDDED IT SELF TO THE CARS PAINT)...WHAT CAN I USE TO REMOVE THIS?

Do you have recommendations for height issues? Lol My car is wide and high. I can't get to the center of the hood very well, or the windshield, or the roof. I even tried to use the inside of the car as leverage for the roof and still can't reach the middle! Lol I want a safe choice because if there's a way to slip to my death, I'm sure I'll do it. Thank you in advance!😊

I recently started to periodically wash my family's SUVs, and as someone who is 5'2", I use a step stool to see on top the car's roof, and I recently started using a Swiffer Sweeper mop with a microfiber rag tucked into it, to scrub things like the center of the roof and the hood or windshield where I cannot reach. I think it has worked reasonably well. Maybe you can do something like that if you have such an item laying around the house, or invest in one of those car washing microfiber scrubbers on a rod. Drying is an entirely different story.. My cars don't get dried because I don't got patience for that.
@marameadows7242 Жыл бұрын
@shoyrushoyru Thank you! I was going try to use a dry mop with those microfiber finger-looking things. I have the pro blow to aim up there to dry😁 I appreciate your help! Thank you!

@@shoyrushoyruHave you seen or heard of white water marks and spots on car paints and windows? Best way to get that on cars is leave tap water to dry naturally on your car, it always work.
@shoyrushoyru Жыл бұрын
@@jacobheinz8236 Sure I have! But our cars are usually covered in dirt regardless from not being frequently washed. Any wash is better than no wash. These aren't show cars and we don't have a garage to protect them anyway. Occasionally my family takes them to get professionally washed, but not so much as of recently, so they're just caking on the dirt.

What is the best car soap to use after applying blacklight hybrid glaze and butter wet wax? I'm assuming some soaps are good for stripping away old wax/glaze but some will leave them in place, but I can't figure out which is which.
@jacobheinz8236 Жыл бұрын
IMO, you don’t need soap to strip away car wax. Just sunshine, rain and a little time. Any car was soaps, if it’s strong enough concentration will speed up the process. How I know? I have washes, waxed many cars over many years. Tbh, even the car paint itself will come off with enough sunshine, rain and lots of time. Just look around at older cars, the evidence is everywhere!

Never wash your car in the sunlight. I don't see that promoted much, overcast or under a shade tree is fine.

That at home video is a good idea however there are a lot of questionable things in this video that they don't answer they touch on it but they really don't answer the Pacific questions I've tried asking in their other videos they seem to pick and choose what questions will answer are wet topics that they will specifically cover even though they say that they will answer the questions recover the topics in the next video and so on and so on

why is washing a car being turned into a science all you need is a rag some dish soap and a water hose you dont need all these extra things being sold to you. Ive bought most of the products they have and they are all cap. I was a porter for Mercedes, BMW, and Toyota cars and I never cause any scratches on 100k cars.
