@@DNperformanceengineering Hmm, I typically don't use soap in that area; I just cleanse with water. I never really considered anything else. I did try benzoyl peroxide cleansers for my acne during periods of significant flare-ups, but it didn't work well for me and was overly drying. Now, I simply cleanse with water, and it's been the best approach for me. :)

Which sunscreen do you use?

I usually use NIOD Survival 20 or 30. :) But depending on your country, it may be very expensive or not available. Alternatives could be COSRX Aloe Soothing SPF 50 or Good Molecules Mineral SPF 30.

A cleanser is essentially anything that can be used to remove dirt, oil, pollution, makeup, or other "unwanted" substances from the skin. Soap is a type of cleanser that can be used to clean the body, hands, and even the face. However, some soaps may be too harsh for facial skin. Now, regarding CeraVe, they specifically produce face cleansers for a variety of skin types and concerns, and include potentially more beneficial ingredients for the skin. But you can also find these in bar soaps; even CeraVe offers them as a bar of soap.

Do I swipe the damped cloth if I have acne prone skin?

What do you mean by that? Because of the bacteria? That's not an issue, as long as you clean daily. I use a fresh cloth in the morning, and in the evening, I just shower. I don't use a cloth in the evening, as the pressure from the showerhead is enough to get everything off properly.

@@MelissaVanDijkTheSkinDiet mellissa... I'm at hostel....due to work pressure I can't daily wash my towel...and there's no other stuff like washing machine are there...I need to wash my clothes by myself...so it's a hard thing to wash my towel daily....so what can I do?

Yes, that is really tricky. You could wash them with your hand if you still have detergent. By only putting a bit into the water - I mean, like normal handwashing - washing these microfiber cloths is easy. But I am also soon moving for a few months to an area where I will not have the means to do that. But during that time, I honestly just use micellar water with cotton pads; that is really the easiest option. Are you able to get that?
