How to Wax at Home! Quarantine Edition // Tips & Guide

Hi everyone! This video is a simplified guide on how to wax at home on your own during lockdown. I started during my own waxing back in March when the salons were closed for the first time, now here we are, once again everything is closed where I live. After discovering how much money I was saving and how convenient waxing myself is I soon realized I would never pay a salon for waxing again. Have you tried sugar waxing? Do you think is the same as the one you show here?

Hi! I haven't personally tried sugar waxing however I think it is an amazing affordable option that is very natural and great for sensitive skin. You don't need a wax warmer you just need to boil sugar in a pot until it reaches a candy-like consistency and then once it cools it's applied directly to the skin. Very similar to waxing, it also removes body hair by quickly pulling the hair from the root. You don't need waxing strips, you simply pull on the sugar paste itself, kind of like hard waxing but much more malleable like dough that can be reshaped and used multiple times. The name for this method comes from the paste itself, which consists of lemon, water, and sugar. I'm going to do some testing and make a video in the future with a guide on how to sugar wax and a comparison of both of the methods

@@RenegadeBeauty oh thank you so much! Yes please I would like to see that video, also if you could do like a whole pre, during & post routine please? Because I have strawberry legs & I don't really understand how, with what and when should I exfoliate or what would be best for that to go away...also I think that's what I have on my upper arms as well (KP with dark marks) so if that routine would also help with that I would really thank you!!
