On my warmer seasons wish list this year I'm looking into buying some summer weight chinos in vibrant brighter colors. The lighter weight fabric will help with the summer hot and humid weather. Discovered your channel. You are indeed on point. I appreciate that you know how to wear slacks, jeans etc with the right break...it's almost perfect. It's one of my pet peeves to see other "experts" giving advice and they completely miss how trousers should fall. Your sense of style is something you have or you don't. My style is my own and carefully curated but I'm always dressed appropriately for work which has gone totally casual which is good, events, parties but never forced or stuffy and it works. I often don't pay much for my clothes but no one is the wiser. I do like good expensive classic pieces and have many in my closets and never skimp on shoes. That said. With all due respect. Drop the yo what's up 22 year old slang. You are much too polished and obviously can command attention. Simply put. You don't need it. Keep up the good work. It's important in a world where people go to the market, shopping etc in their pajamas and sleep shorts and ratty tees and think it's ok. It's Not. There are plenty of us who do care (and many men who would never admit it) and there is nothing wrong with that despite what some influencers say. Of course be you and taking a who cares day is well deserved but taking pride in yourself is priceless and contrary to belief does not need to be expensive and opens many doors you didn't even know opened. Use this adage. Dress for the job you want. Not the one you have. Cheers.

Actually that IS true about you covering Goodfellow and Co., Jeff. I"m on multitudes of KZbin style channels and THE WHOLE TARGET, Goodfellow and Co. discussion started RIGHT HERE on this channel! I'll attest to that... I didn't hear ANYONE on KZbin talking about Goodfellow and Co. until you started in on it in 2017. Based on your call Jeff, I've now purchased 4 clothing items in the last 90 days from Target: A parka, a gingham shirt, and two cardigans. Are they Banana Republic quality??....hmmm, I don't know, maybe not. But they are surprising good quality garments....especially for the price. I have no arguments with Goodfellow and Co. and their gear works right into my wardrobe nicely. And yeah.....their chino's are nice!! There is an earth tone rust colored chino I"m going to buy there, and a light gray pair for the Spring coming up. Thank you.

No, they're not Banana Republic quality,,....but they're surprisingly good. The parkas, button down shirts, chinos, denim jackets, SOME of the jeans, are above a certain level of quality that they WILL work within your style game. They're not everything...but they're at times above H&M.

Being in FL, I like a V neck shirt with the chinos and either white sneakers or other shoes..the henley is also a great look..can't go wrong with the short or long sleeve button shirt..you have me interested in that banded collar now...I'd like to do more layering, though really can't with the temperature..has to be a light jacket or something that is more for fashion that to keep me from the cold. Have you ever done a video on garment care? Hearing that you have had some of these items for 6-7 years, it would be interesting. Thanks for the great videos, Jeff..you have encouraged me in enjoyment of upping my apparel..very therapeutic in study of it as well...a great hobby that contributes in so many ways to a better life. Could you please direct me to a company who sells affordable Chino's for the big and tall. As I am a 44 waist and approximately a 31 to 32 in length am I'm having problems finding a nice "AFFORDABLE" pair of Chino's. As I would love to own a pair or several in my wardrobe but I'm reluctant to pay super top dollar's on a pair of pants. Also I've found that they do come in different materials.
