Thanks for more great styling! I also love the classic look of a midi skirt/dress with knee-high boots. I have many great pairs, and am so glad they’ve “come back” this year. I also have a lot of ankle boots and have worn them with the long skirts, but always with tights. If it’s cold enough for boots, I want my legs covered too.💕

I love these looks. Midi dresses are available in many sizes and fabrics in all price points. They are so many options. I prefer the knee high boots. There is part of me that dresses in a classic style, and part of me that tends towards boho. I prefer dresses and skirts. I love florals.

I would love for you to do a video showing less expensive, but genuine leather and suede, boots. Every time I’ve tried faux leather footwear my feet were hot, damp and miserable all day and/or I got athlete’s foot - feet just aren’t meant to be wrapped in plastic all day! One only has to wear plastic gloves for a few hours to see how much water gets trapped inside. Some brands I’ve found are Born and Seychelles, but I expect that you know many more. Thanks for considering my suggestion💕

Thankyou for showing some dresses, I have recently re-discovered dresses as I’ve always had trouble with them fitting me properly due to a shorter waist and a pear shape. However I have recently found dresses with an elastic waist, I can put a belt on and it fixes this problem so I’m shopping for dresses for all seasons now.

Lovely ideas. I wear midi dresses and if it's cold I drape a jumper or cardi in a matching colour. Like a scarf . I love camel and find a loose camel coat button free goes well over my midi dresses

I am very new to this channel, but I liked your video, thank you! I love to wear dresses and skirts, it's my thing. Usually they are a knee length, but I have a few maxi dresses as well. My midi lenght skirts are colorful and plated, I love them to wear with a shirt, a cardigan or a blazer and a belt everything looks great together. I can be very creative with my look. I use to wear a lot of belted midi dresses in 90ties.👗 My cousin is a fashion designer, so she use to make them for me-great times! 😊 The thing about midi dresses though, they could be very unflattering on petite women, because it shortens your legs and makes you look even shorter, if it ends in the middle of the leg. Boots and a high heels are great to remove that effect, but I wouldn't recommend it to wear it with a flat shoes for anybody, unless you are a very tall girl.

I would never show my arthritis knees , I would show my calf ,I would not show my bust out , but I would put on a belt to pointe my waist. Excellent choice of dress and one suggestion for improvement. 3 things I learned. Biker jackets look great with dresses, White knit dress with black boots look fab, and lighters boots do work with dark dresses. Finding the right dress to fit properly is difficult. Can you do a video on knit skirts with sweather or tops. Buying individual pieces and coming up with different outfit

Great video, I recently bought a dress from the Loft, its a few inches from my boots, so I got some grey cuddle duds, and I wear those between the dress and the boots and it looks nice. Right now its only 4 degrees, so no dresses, time to get out the wool clothes. Have a great week!

Lovely, lovely, lovely. What a beautiful video. Loved all your ideas. I wear midi dresses in winter with tights or base layer underneath and knee high boots. I also like to wear them with tights and a black suede wedge shoe. It is so easy to turn to trousers to wear in the cold but midi dresses give one a beautiful and interesting look. Sooo.. O get the point boots+dressand a blazer but HOW do I actually wear this in winter when its moist windy and really cold outside (not as shown on these so called "winter" pictures. Here where I live the pictures more resemble summer weather hahah(crying inside)....) I have so many dresses and skirts that are just waiting for ...a bit warmer weather...which lately doesnt come. Midi dress with ankle books looks horrible. The mid-length dresses basically look good only with boots or at least black leggings or hose that simulate boots, or perhaps high heals, ballerina shoes or flat heeled sandals.

It depends on where you live. It’s 100F here in California on 10/17/20, and cold winter day us in the 60F range.
