There is also a trick to making 3 strands of yarn from one ball (for those who don't want to rush to the store at the moment)😜. Someone made a KZbin video on the technique.

Yes I have a video on it as well. I haven't used that for this though because every so often it bends the yarn to pull in the next strand and I wanted it it have a nice flat weave look. I'm sure you could do it but at the end you will need to cut and pull through the whole thing.

@@lisastolp8125 you can test with different amounts of strands held together. Try not cutting and just folding over your yarn as many times as you think instead of cut. Then work through a little over half to see how full your mesh looks. Start over and add an extra strand to fold in if it’s too open. I would t worry about it being too thick if you have one too many strands. It will just hold up better.
