How much should you water cut, I am currently 160-163 been cutting, I have been cutting since April had 11 weeks and now I have roughly 5 weeks to get to 147

@@gabrielcraig7200 made it to 149.7 luckily the opponent wanted it at 150. I just ate clean, no sugar. Coke Zero helped with the craving no eating 8pm or before 10am. Stayed at 154 for two weeks out the fight, then water cut the remaining pounds
