this video is so understandable and aging I CAN NOT BELIEVE THIS HASENT BLOW TF UP YET!! your absolutely amazing bro I'm not going to lie I did watch someone else and learned but now I see a different technique and this is EXACTLY what I need to do..weld my flange on my muffler. so I don't have the option to do all of this I got to do it under the vehicle and free hand this shit... I have a tig welder a friend is letting me use so it shouldn't go through the muffler itself im not a idiot lol but the oxidation is my worry. I can do exactly what you did in this video but when I go to weld it on the muffler itself idk wtf I'm going to do to keep the oxygen at the lowest. maybe stick weld? I'm hoping my buddy has a machine for the stick welding tho. the supplies aren't much but I need the arc machine. thank you so much for your time man. the close ups are fuckin amazing and you REALLY SHOW WHAT TO DO AND HOW TO DO IT AND DONIT CORRECTLY. Dude!! Do you know how large 3/16ths filler rod is? You're using 3/32nds not 3/16ths...

I was thinking that myself that the rod and electrode looked a bit light for 3/16". He gave the game away when he mentioned using 1/16" filler rod, no way would you drop from 3/16" to 1/16".

@@NvautoCa Is it a good idea to weld both sides of the flange for the headers inside the port and on the opposite side on the outside or will that cause warping and cracking?
