this does work but ive found 400ms instead of 500ms on the heavy weapon button press works more consistently

I thought so too but then I noticed that 500 gives you more leeway on your placement on the ledge since it gives the heavy atk some time to launch you away.

just remove the button press entirely i'd say, when i used to macro skates i used to just press 3 and then use the macro.

I've Gotten this to work in Steelseries on one of my Apex 5 Keyboard Macro Buttons, Just disappointing that I have to remove my hand from my mouse or keyboard to use the macro

Funny, it didnt work for me either, but I saw that its because the heavy attack doesnt get enough time, so I switched the ms after right click and space bar to 50 ms and now it works. Maybe watching a video how the trick works to then see where you can optimize this macro would work as well

It didnt work for me either, then I saw that its because the heavy attack doesnt get enough time If you switch the ms after right click and space bar to 50 ms it should work. hopefully that was helpful for you Also whats important is that you switch to your sword so that eager edge gets activated. being on the sword already wont work

I found that it did not like using right click for the Heavy attack. I went into my keybinds and added a secondary key for Heavy Attack (I used "J") and used that in the macro instead, and it worked.

It works but for some reason it doesn't make me fly nearly as far as in your vid. I wonder if low mobility can influence the range of the flight. Edit: It works properly, I just need to remember to change to sword at the last moment so the eager edge perk won't run out.

you probably figure it out but for others having a similar issue, try disabling auto melee from your keybinds, well there is no remove keybind so the best way to remove it is, for example, assign a key you use on another function, like super (F), then go back to your super keybind and reassign F again, this will remove the keybind from auto melee.

Also for macros like this the delay does effect distance, I learned that making a shatter skate macro, I didn't want inhuman timing (like 5 key presses in .017 seconds) and so I worked the time up until it felt possible given a persons response time. I always tested on the moon and the smaller the delay = the faster you travel Also vortex frame with eagers edge travel the furthest of all current sword frames

@@DalisYn I had issues with this before. My issue was that I had a sword out already. Start with a different weapon out, then hit the macro. Been launching myself into walls in a private game. It's pretty fun. Thanks @Notsosafe

Hey I am using the same software and it only works if i walk, if I sprint it preforms the left click instead of the right click

make sure the macro isnt set to loop, that will cause you well mid skate 100% of the time, this also isnt the best well skate macro

I've been using shatter macro on my Hunter for ~2 years with no problem. People even AFK macro'd forges way back, even last season people AFK macro'd buying and selling certain armour pieces for legendary shards and every single season there are people AFK macroing Titan fusion nades for AFK season XP. As long as you're not ruining a competitive environment for other people, Bungie does not care.

not so much as play the games as bungie are leanient on how people use macro for example if they have a disabilty and this is just like a fun mobility kinda just movement things for getting to places in raids quicker so its not breaking the game or dangerous so i think they dont mind
