I decided to start learning stunting last season but unfortunately was only able to get like 2, 30 minute sessions in, haven’t been able to clutch the front wheel up, but I did pop it up like 3 inches by whacking wide open one time. I definitely do plan on getting A LOT more practice this upcoming season.

Some guys learn a lot from like 4 hour sessions, but when I learned it was after work every day for like 15-30 minutes, for about 3 weeks straight. Just try to ride a bit every day and you'll get it in no time, good luck man!

@wkrb0nk109 I'm not sure about the Ninja 400, but with some bikes, you can just pull the abs fuse. There's always the option of running a new line straight from the master to the caliper. I don't like abs because I wheelie/stoppie every bike I own.

Just dumped my 2011 GSXR 1000 on the interstate at about 40 mph. A white pickup truck intentionally swerved and pushed me off the road to stop me from passing - slowed down a decent bit in the grass but couldn’t get her back. Brah, some of us don't live in Texas and can't ride 5 to 6 months out of the year. I was getting pretty good at chasing out wheelies. Last summer, I had to work my ass off just to break even. I only had time to ride to work and back home. So I lost all progress on wheelies. Last summer really sucked for me to have a bike and no time to really ride.

The best way to get better at wheelies is by taking the time to do them. You aren't going to get any better if you rip a power wheelie once every blue moon. The way I learned was the way you see gixxer brah doing in the video, in a parking lot. Took me only 2 days to learn how to hold a balance point wheelie, sure my breaking was rough but it's better than these tik tok 1000cc riders doing power wheelies 🤣.

make that shit look easy bro. I'm almost a year into my wheelie learning, flirt with BP, and still overall chase them out. I mainly wheelie on my fz-07. I also have a 08 zx6r but it's kinda ass to wheelie compared to the FZ. Only real goal for wheelies to to be able to drop back, keep them slow, and basically be able to wheelie for as long as I want to, maybe even steer around a slight curve while doing a wheelie. No goal to be a full on stunter. But I just LOOOOOOOOVE the whoolies!

Idk man I think a lot of beginners can’t find that find line of floating on engine brake with no footbrake input. I see people just chop and blip hard until one time its a little too much and the feet come off. I tell people to use the brake all the time even if you don’t need it. Keep a consistent throttle and modulate the height with the brake. This will be a bad habit in the long run teaching brake r**ping but extra reps of footbrake is never a bad thing. Just trying to get that muscle memory and TRUST the brake. Then you can dial out the throttle and realize how little brake you actually need. Different people learn different though, to each their own👍

So if you’ve found that your bike will slowly chase right at bp at like 6500 rpm lets hold it at 7500 instead and just tip in and out of bp by more and less footbrake. You can kind of “walk” the bike back deeper and deeper instead of throwing it back all at once. Again, bad habit in the long run in terms of stunt riding, but its a little more mellow for a first time wheelie guy imo
