Thank you. This appears to be the problem we are having with our built in unit. Is there a way to do this without going to the back of the fridge? Ie. Undo the bracket holding the filter housing at the front and reach in a release the lines (while be scratched up by the drip tray)? I don’t want to uninstall the fridge from the surrounding cabinetry.

Hi, for anyone else with the same model as I: there’s a bracket on the housing at the front of the fridge that you can remove so that I can free it up. 2 screws into the housing and 2 (one horizontal one vertical) attaching to the fridge base. Once those are out you have to really squeeze your hand in there to release the water hoses - but there is decent slack in there.
