HOW TO WIDEBODY A BRZ! (RALLY BACKER KIT) PART 1

I know this video is 5 years old. I'm in the process of saving up for a Scion FR-S, I'm getting just a Rocket bunny V1 over fenders pieces only Without the whole kit. And I'm adding a Front lip kit, Side skirts, and a Rear diffuser, with side skirts extensions, and a Front bumper splitter. I'm going a different route that looks clean, while keeping the OEM Front and Rear bumpers.

it is called a self tapping screw, because it is self tapping … You dont have to pre-drill a hole for a self tapping screw … :)

The fenders are metal so it was a lot faster and more accurate to just make holes beforehand.

The drill hole would be all bent if he did it self tapping

JRevs yes sir it’s quick but not the fastest for sure...I feel like with the power the supercharger gave it is how much power the car should have gotten from the factory in my opinion haha

why didnt you cut the fenders before putting the kit on?

That’s usually the last step of putting a wide body kit because there is a possibility you can cut too much from the fenders so putting the kit on just reassures that you won’t cut more than needed
