I think he was worried junk was executioner tbh and guessing the guaranteed role of exe target was safer than taking a chance of guessing exe

He was dead anyway, guessing him was best case scenario. 5/10 (10 includes Aipha and 5up) voted for Aipha as you can tell when their votes disappear after 5up guesses him. Assuming at least one who didnt vote for him didnt skip either, Aipha wouldve been voted out and junk if exe wouldve won. But instead one of the killers gets voted out.

I think it was to make sure Hafu got voted because Aipha claimed medic but Hafu wasn’t shooting him to try to stay safe, so him being shot makes it obvious he was medic

when 5up said it's not dk since he saw him on cams, it reminded me of that one time 5up got cleared from his kill because someone saw him walk up to the body on cams, but he actually killed and went back to it to report at the right moment 😅

He did, he just didn't verbalize it. His plan was to kill Ryan and guess Kara. That's why he didn't want to kill Kara.

Pesti can't be killed except by being voted out. Plaguebearer can be killed normally but once they become pesty, kill attempts will kill the person attacking them instead. It's a bit like old vigi's alert auto killing any interactions except just people trying to kill you. I think.

Interacting with Plaguebearer will mark you. Once everyone is marked, you become Pestilence. Interacting with Pestilence will cause kill you.

@@ZeromusNightmare122 Almost. But any interaction will kill them. A tracker trying to track a pestillence will die, a medic trying to protect pesti would die, etc.

5up got pesti and then like .005 seconds later Kara is reporting the body of the last remaining uninfected?? Idk how 5up didn't sus her for that (tbf she wasn't imposter but that should've looked so bad from his perspective)

I was just thinking about it, and that's not what happened - KARA was the last uninfected, and she was doing jester shenanigans by standing on the body, which got her infected (if I'm right on how plague works) So he could've known she was a malicious actor through that alone, but it didn't give him info on whether she is an impostor or jester. I don't know why she reported the body though, as it doesn't exactly make sense for either role to do it like that. The fact she was a jester came through later on the 4 person vote where kara voted herself

the pestilence can’t die, and if you do any kind of interaction with the pestilence (killing, tracking, shielding, etc), you die

Once Plaguebearer infects everyone and becomes Pestilence, they cannot be killed. The only way to get rid of them is to vote them out

The pestilence can only be beaten by voting out, so if someone tries to kill 5up after he's infected everyone they die

Imposters and some neutrals can guess people's roles during meetings. It's an incentive to stay secretive about roles. (There's also a Vigilante crewmate role that can guess imposter and neutral roles, but that comes up much less often.) 8:48-8:58 shows it pretty well. 5up clicks one of the arrows next to Steven's name several times, cycling through different possible roles. After reaching "Tracker" 5up clicks "Guess" and Tracker Steve dies. If the guess is wrong, the guesser dies. If the guess is right, the guessed person dies. Either way, the death is displayed as a suicide because everyone knowing both people involved would be too much information.
