You are so lucky V to have had people like your uncle in your life. I wish I would have had people that pushed me to be great.

This podcast made me purchase the book and read it. I'm only in chapter 3 and I already feel my life is starting to change. I feel more positive overall and started to see the good in people before the bad. No book has ever done that for me.

I just read this book about a year ago, in my mid 30 I regret the last 15 years of my life missing out on this book! Vinh, I started following you about 6 months ago on IG, love what on how you teach communication skills, a true master of your craft! I was super excited to know you did a review on this book! Totally agree, this book gives you an edge in live over everyone else, if you take it to heart, and do it geniuenly. Love what you do!

This is honestly such a big gem and I love it. I spotted this while scrolling through vinhs channel and I was like. I have this book why not watch this. You podcast cleared so much misconeptions I always disagreed with no giving criticism so the distinction was honestly the best piece of clarity . This video motivated me to compliment people and infact created the desire to read this book properly I'm planning on skipping my studies tonight and just having a date with this book. I realize how good I feel when I act in such an appreciative manner. I like how vin interjects stories and says stuff like "I wanna add one thing or I wanna say something" to prime the Convo. I also like how you interject humour in your points. Love this and I haven't even finished yet gem of a podcast and as you can see I'm applying this rn

Thank you for this update on this marvel. I have the book in three different editions. Two in English, one in Hungarian (my mother tongue). I have found several books that I like a lot but one of them which had a strong impact was from Jeff Olson: The slight edge. But I could name a few more. I love classics from Zig Ziglar, Norman Vincent Peale, Alan Loy McGinnis. So anyhow, work hard and smart and enjoy the rewards in your life!

Not watched the video yet but this is one of my all time favorite books. If I ever wanted to recommend two self help books to anyone, it would be atomic habits and this.

If somebody says thank you for something you did. The reaction "oh that was nothing, don't think about it" I'd say mostly meant as a humble expression... Seeing this as throwing the compliment in the trash bin is something i never and absolutely never!!! thought like this but now i can see it....

This is a great conversation about a phenomenal book. The point where you, gents, are discussing personality tools had me thinking about the various methodologies people use to gain insights into personality profiles. Personality assessment tools are helpful, but they often miss the mark with cross-culturally linking personality tools, which is where the FFM (Big 5 model) comes in to save the day. The Big 5 personality model is incredibly robust and has more scientific backing than any other assessment. Have you considered using that framework to replace your color schema?
