As a somewhat newer player this helps a lot and further shows me that siege is about patience and a pedantic playstyle

Upside down repel it's better to keep moving till you see head level, and now from their small angle they have to shoot a moving target where you now have advantage on them since they have to stay in place to try to keep an angle on you while you keep moving till you see their location

@@InsidiousRebelI play cod too and tbh my gunskill kinda transferred over bc ik where to have my cross hair placement and such. I’m good at r6 so a tip I could give you is learn to break someone’s cross hair. By this I mean it’s better sometimes to swing fast than slow bc they’ll react quicker. Trust me, ppl make the mistake to swing slow when it’s a 1v1 bc it’s quiet and you’ll hear them swing slow rather than do a quick peak. Another thing to just in general get better is your pacing, learn to play passive and aggressive. If you see your up 3 kills on the team, instead of rushing in to kill the others play slower and work more w your team to make it impossible for a comeback. I see high ranks get an ego and end up selling bc they decide to give the defender or attacker 1v1s when it should be 2v1 or whatever. Another is just to play the game bc map knowledge is very important, you’ll know common prefires, angles ect that helps your gamesense sm more. Also this is only preference but switch your crouch button to L1 or R1 bc it’s easier to crouch and still have control on your joystick if you don’t play claw. Finally find your sens bc it can be a huge factor on your aim tracking. Finally bc ik this is a lot, try to be versatile with operators and learn to push different angles bc it helps you learn the map and become much less predictable. For example, if the map has more mid range rooms like Oregon run characters who have utility and guns that are better at close to mid range. Villa has those longer hallways that you could end up playing guns that are better at far range like dokabi(idk to spell her name) compared to someone who has like a 1.0 scope or smg. Hope this helps out
